Game streaming services are seeing a surge after several years of shaky experimentation. Google Stadia hasn’t exactly become super popular, but it reintroduced the idea of playing games streamed from a non-local server, and Nvidia’s GeForce Now recently came out of beta. Those changes, and the recent price restructuring of Shadow, make game streaming feel new and interesting.
